Setup time is when we prepare and arrange your catering, and it depends on your order size:

• For orders of 80 guests or more , setup will take approximately 1 hour.
• For orders of less than 80 guests, setup will take around 30 minutes.

Teardown time refers to when we’ll collect the dining equipment after your event:

• Scheduled 4 hours after delivery time
• Latest collection by 10:30 PM, same da
• Must be completed before the day ends
